Going by the traditional and original Usui Reiki, it will take 2 days to learn it comprehensively well so that you can use it life long.
If you are initiated properly, you will never absorb other’s negative energy as you are made a one-way channel.
Yes! Reiki healing can help you with emotional and mental issues as it works on Chakras which also are seat of emotions.
Level 1 allows one to do healing on self and others via touch medium and level 2 allows you to heal remotely with equal efficacy.
