Born and brought up in a small town in Jharkhand, Bokaro Steel City, filled with big dreams and high ambitions, Richa found herself asking these very questions at a particularly difficult juncture in her life. Needless to say, in front of life’s plans, one’s personal plans are a trivia. The challenges brought up lot of confusion and stirred up her fears and insecurities. It was a moment that forced her to pause. To question. To search for something deeper. She didn’t numb the discomfort or blame the world. Rather, she turned inward. She calls it ‘Grace’.
